A little more about Fred Kaplan Catering…

For most parties, service and kitchen personnel are billed at $30.00 per hour for a lead server or a lead chef, and $25.00 per hour for extra servers and cooks. In addition we can rent and set up any extra equipment needed. Upon request, Fred Kaplan Catering will provide a licensed bartender ($25.00/hour), however alcoholic beverages must be obtained by the client.

In order to ensure availability, we require a deposit of $300 to hold a date. Two weeks prior to the event 50% of the total bill, and a minimum guest count are to be provided, with the remainder due on the day of the event. All goods and services are taxed at 9.5%, and gratuity is left to the discretion of the client.
