We had a great time at our party and  your terrific catering company had so much to do with this. The food was spectacular.  Our family and friends were wowed, and it is the first thing they mention when they talk about the party.  The presentation was clean and elegant, abundant but not overwhelming.  We loved that the staff grilled the lamb outside the back door, perfuming the party with the incomparable smell of roasting meat.  It was a little like cutting-edge Brooklyn restaurant meets Mt. Rainier.  The lamb was grilled to perfection, and all the dishes were outstanding.

Equally important to me, as the host, was the staff.  I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and high level of service.  The bar was impeccable, the wines tasted and guests appropriately guided, and the bartenders were charming, while keeping an eye on the flow of the party.  The staff clearly enjoyed working together, and the teamwork was a pleasure to watch.  I appreciated your spontaneously whipping up a vegan meal for one of our guests.  His wife told me he hadn’t requested this, but your staff heard about his dietary restrictions, and graciously took care of this.

This is the best kept catering secret in Seattle! Fred is an amazing cook with creative ideas and professional service. He can do small parties in your home when you want to impress but can’t find the time, or HUGE events (like my 300+ wedding) at indoor or outdoor settings.
